How exciting! The performances are what sets the Academy Awards apart from the other award shows and worth watching. Anyone can go and see the list of winners online.

They announced this morning who will be performing, and I am beyond excited!


Gwyenth Paltrow- "Coming Home" from Country Strong

A.R. Rahman and Florence Welch- "If I Rise” from the 127 Hours

Alan Menkan, Zachary Levi, Mandy Moore- "I See The Light" from Tangled (YES! Personally, I believe this song should win. It's beautiful!)


Randy Newman- "We Belong Together" from Toy Story 3 (I was surprised, and happy for Newman getting to perform this song!)


Hmm...I think I'm only excited for the performances because I'm a Disney freak and two of the best Disney films of the year are showcasing their brilliantness... This is my year! Haha
